Was originally gifted this and loved it so much I searched for it online and ordered some for myself! Has a lovely light lavender flavor that isn't too strong but isn't lost in the flavor of the honey. We like to use this on toast or in tea (the description recommendation for green tea is spot on), and the honey itself has a nice crispness to it. Super glad I found this brand!
